JOY. Present TVAM + tour support: The Sick Man Of Europe Friday 06 March 2026 Strange Brew, Bristol 19:00 - 22:00 TVAM is the solo project of British musician Joe Oxley, known for blending electronic beats, psychedelic textures, and shoegaze-inspired guitars into a distinctive sound. His debut album *Psychic Data* (2018) earned critical praise for its mix of nostalgia and futurism, drawing comparisons to acts like My Bloody Valentine and Boards of Canada. The follow-up, *High Art Lite* (2022), expanded on that sound with a bolder, more cinematic feel while keeping his signature retro-tech aesthetic. Exploring themes of media, identity, and technology, TVAM’s music captures a hazy intersection of the digital and emotional. His track “Porsche Majeure” featured in HBO’s *Succession*, helping bring his hypnotic soundscapes to a wider audience. Described by BBC 6Music’s Lauren Laverne as “like someone took Spiritualized to the club,” TVAM stands out in the UK indie scene for his immersive, genre-blurring style.\ Tickets sold by Strange Brew on behalf of the promoter, Joy. All ticket revenue belongs to the promoter.

Entry requirements: 14+, any under 18s accompanied by 21+ adult 1:1 ratio
