A clubnight held at Strange Brew on Friday 7th February. The event starts at 22:30.
ANTCONSTANTINO and Chediak touch down at Strange Brew for a UK debut that is bound to put the "ass" in "ass-kicking"! The cast is complete with Feiurinha, whose appearance in the UK is also a first, and Bristol's very own Gus.
- Defining his style as "MÚSICA ELÉTRICA", Chediak incorporates elements of Drum n Bass, Jungle, UKG, Footwork and Techno on his unique approach to Brazilian Electronic Music. Blending these influences with elements of Baile Funk, Tecnobrega and Samba.
Over the last 9 years, Chediak has performed in some of the most important events for the current generation of Brazilian music and is a key character of the alternative club scene, being head of the SPEEDTEST RAVE and label, as well as music engineering at Leigo Records and contributor to an extensive list of artists.
- Currently head of LEIGO RECORDS, also founder of Brasil Grime Show, ANTCONSTANTINO is responsible for bringing a new wave of Grime music to Brasil, being a resident on NTS and having played in Rinse, Rinse France, Coala Festival, and more.
- This night wouldn't be complete without multi-artist and prodigy Feiurinha. The co-owner of Club Acido mixes baile funk with a bag of references such as SOPHIE, Flume and 100 gecs for what she labels a "cute and brutal" experience.
- Last but not least, GUS completes the bill with his usual yet unusual trademark sound. You can catch him monthly on Noods Radio with his show MEIA NA CANELA or on Radio Raheem with his show Baile do Futuro.
