Founder of Bristol based Memphis rap/ phonk label DVL6 and with a new EP on the way this autumn, Medis is the DJ’s DJ, with unwavering support from the likes of Sam Binga, Addison Groove, Alix Perez, Hi5Ghost and Khan and Neek, to name a few.

AS I AM HER
The powerhouse behind Shambala’s Back A Yard stage, as I aM her is the alias of Riesh Tafari when she’s not busy being Bristol’s First Lady of Reggae and Dancehall. She’ll be reaching for the jungle, hardcore and 160 booty bangers to whip the dancefloor into a frenzy, standard behaviour.

ESSELLE
The latest project from ADM, co-founder of Bristol’s legendary jungle night Dissonance and one half of Oscillates. With over 20 years experience putting on events around the UK, releases on Scientific Wax and collaborations with Distant Planet and AKO Beatz, Esselle marks a sidestep towards more bass-heavy, club-oriented sounds- without leaving the jungle purists behind. Prepare to sink your teeth into some baile funk, 140 dancehall edits, rave and jungle techno.

SYNTHIA
Serving weird garage, bouncy techno, bruk and acid breaks, with a healthy dollop of old school UKG and jungle on the side. Synthia is one half of Oscillates and second in command + resident DJ at Shambala's Back A Yard stage. She has played loads of gigs in loads of places and will continue to do so until she's barred from enough venues or Barry from Eastenders finally lets her be his backup DJ.
