A
clubnight
held at Strange Brew
on Saturday 14th June. The event starts at 18:00.
Ravers2Runners presents a new take on clubbing. We kick off with a one-hour house dance workshop led by Lottie Ball of Get Free Dance Therapy, followed by a two-hour Techno Therapy session guided by resident DJ and founder Prabuddha.
This experience invites you to explore how awareness and active meditation can elevate the clubbing experience without relying on substances, creating a safe, connected space to celebrate personal freedom through dance music.
Think curated dance class followed by dark club with banging tunes for free dance and movement, with no phones or chit-chat on the DF. Great for the mind and the body.
Event Running Order:
6pm | Doors Open
6.30pm - 7.30pm | Get Free House-Dance Workshop with Lottie in the front event space.
7.30pm - 8pm | Breakout Interlude. Time to grab a drink, have some food, chat, and use the rest rooms.
8pm - 10pm | Techno Therapy with Prabuddha in the back nightclub.
THE RUN:
Ravers2Runners will also be hosting a free 5km run at Leigh Woods @ 10am the morning of the event. Visit ravers2runners.com for more details and to join our WhatsApp community chat.
Techno Therapy Guidelines:
STAY CONNECTED TO YOURSELF
There is a bar selling both alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks but if your consumption is taking you away from the experience of the event then you're probably in the wrong place.
KEEP THE DANCE FLOOR CHAT FREE
You're welcome to talk at the bar or in any other space.
RESPECT EACH OTHERS SPACE
Be aware not to disturb anyone else's experience. Also please refrain from taking any photos during the event.
