D/RK-HUMR IS A DUO BETWEEN CHRIS LANGTON (SNAZZBACK/ZOOBERS) & BRISTOL NEWCOMER, MICHAEL GIANAN (VARIOUS NZ ARTISTS) D/RK-HUMR - This baritone-and-drums duo is annoyingly—crooked yet precise. Their improvisations unfold with a punk/jazz ethos with delicate moments that echo the rustling of unseen things, or something along those lines. The duo will be joined by their guests in the form of three unique line-ups. IMPROV GUESTS: GROVE t l k NEIL SMITH (THIS IS THE KIT/THE BRACKISH) LAWI ANYWAR ALICE L LACEY ARCHIE TTWHEAM (EXAGENT) WITH SUPPORT FROM: Minor Conflict - Emerging Bristol band Minor Conflict create a unique combination of post-punk and post-folk using harp, bass, drums, trumpet, and synthesiser, underneath vocal lines that flit between the monotonous and the ethereal. Their second EP 'Parallels' came out on PRAH Recordings in January THIS IS A PAY WHAT YOU CAN EVENT, Suggested ticket price - £7.
