The psychedelic funk trio, BALTHVS, has become synonymous with energetic live shows and captivating improvisations.
Their genre-defying sound blends cumbia, surf rock, funk, and Turkish musical influences. Comprised of lyrics in English and Spanish, there are plenty of instrumentals that meld mysticism and psychedelics.
The Bogota, Colombia-based group consists of Balthazar Aguirre (guitar, vocals), Johanna Mercuriana (bass, vocals) and Santiago Lizcano (drums, vocals).
Following an incredible Bristol show last year, we proudly present BALTHVS’ innovative and boundary-pushing live show at Strange Brew.
