A
clubnight
held at Strange Brew
on Saturday 22nd April. The event starts at 22:30.
Better lace up your dancing shoes for this one, with Disco Isn't Dead crew bring CC:DISCO! back down Bristol way for her Strange Brew debut! Top notch sound system, plenty of space on the dancefloor, luscious lighting courtesy and the biggest disco ball this side of Blackpool.. It's going to be a night to remember!
CC:DISCO!
We're overjoyed to welcome back this Queen of the dancefloor, radio host extraordinaire, selector supreme and a truly world class scholar of all things disco, boogie and house. Coming in hot from Melbourne-via-Lisbon, she's absorbed all the sun on the way and beams it out from the booth with radiant infectious energy to whip the dancefloor into a frenzy with hands high and cheeks sore from smiling. We were lucky to have CC at our of summer garden parties a few years back and we still haven't stopped thinking about it!
Ellie Stokes
You can't really talk about local legends without including Ellie Stokes, existing at the spaghetti junction of high-NRG house, synth-pop, new beat, rave and whatever else takes her fancy that day, blended with slick style.
Effortlessly comfortable at her home venue The Love Inn to festival crowds under the afternoon sun, late night subterranean queer sweatboxes, warm up softness, after party slammers and everything in between.
SPICYIVY
If you've been to a Disco Isn't Dead night before you've caught our SPICY' working the smooth 80s boogie bass, heartfelt glitterball stompers and a secret stash of sleek edits. The captain of team Paradisco, she's been on loan recently causing mayhem with iconic sets for Misscoteque, Love Saves the Day, Toytonics and THAT infamous takeover at The Pipe and Slippers.. Get down early!
See you down the front then? Get down early to avoid queues - will be keeping a few tickets for the door!
Tickets holders please arrive before midnight!
