DJ SOTOFETT WEEKENDER AT STRANGE BREW
It's that time again…Sotofett at Dirtytalk is a magical tradition now etched in Bristol folklore, having played all-night solo sets twice, with his brother Fett Burger in 2013 & 16 and also elder statesman Bjorn Torske in 2015. What better way to continue tradition at Strange Brew than with a whole weekend curated by the man himself - bringing in some legendary pals over to boot.
Saturday November 6th:
Jimi Tenor [LIVE]

DJ Sotofett (DJ)
...presented on the ROOTS RADICAL soundsystem
JIMI TENOR will perform live - possibly Finland's most legendary multi-instrumentalist, multi-genre maestro with releases stretching back to the early 90s where he was a staple in the heydays of Warp Records and Puu / Sahko. Since then he has remained prolific and recorded with the likes of Tony Allen, Kabu Kabu and of course DJ Sotofett. Tonight he'll play both well-known and obscure classics, in his own distinctive and now classic mix of Jazz, House, R'n'B and Afro.
KAMBO SUPER SOUND - one of the very few sound-system's from Norway will bring their soulful and openhearted selections of Dub, Roots Reggae & Steppers – and obviously more than a few Dubplates and Whitelables of upcoming releases.
DJ SOTOFETT will also this night tie atmospheres and records together with a bag-full of musical innersleeve tricks.
9pm - 3am both nights
