A clubnight held at Strange Brew on Sunday 3rd July. The event starts at 15:00.

Calling all jazz dancers and worldwide music heads...

Jus' Move and Strange Brew present a Sunday DANCE session devoted to all things jazzy and worldwide. We've invited some of Bristols finest selectors to lay down the perfect soundtrack for a Sunday afternoon dancing session. Work off that roast and get your shuffle on.

Music: Dancefloor Jazz, Broken Beat, Brazilian, Jazz Fusion, Samba, Bossa House, Afrobeat, Jazz Funk and everything in between.

Children under 18 are welcome (with an adult) so feel free to bring the kids along for a boogie. Under 16s get in for free. We have a heavily discounted 'young persons ticket' for anyone aged between 16-18.

Red Rack'em (Bergerac/How I Program)
Boogie Cafe (Boogie Cafe Records/A Movement)
Nathan Worm (Worm Disco Club/Bubble)

-------------

Catch Red Rack’em playing a rare Jazz and Bruk set. He counts Gilles Peterson and Elton John amongst his fans and has recently completed remixes for Dundundun, Meute, Sam Redmore and Jean Luc Ponty. Since his move from Berlin to Bristol, he's been inspired by the cities fertile live music scene and has rediscovered his love of outernational sounds.

Alex Dinham aka Boogie Cafe runs one of the UKs finest Broken Beat labels as well as being part of the hotly tipped A Movement crew who've been throwing some killer parties around Bristol.  Alex is a soulful music don. Simple.

Nathan Worm is part of the mighty Worm Disco Club who organise some of the cities finest jazz/world music events which have in turn spawned the Worm Discs label who've released music from Snazzback, Run Logan Run, Dundundun, Corto Alto and many more. He also runs the hotly tipped Bubble party and is a regular at the Galli.

George Oscar has been pushing jazzy music for many years in Bristol with his popular Set It Out events. He's also known for his mammoth Not So Grimey radio shows on Noods. A DJ of great taste and party rocking ability.
