Calling all jazz dancers and worldwide music heads...

Jus' Move and Strange Brew present a Sunday DANCE session devoted to all things jazzy and worldwide.

We've invited the Out To Lunch crew down from Nottingham to join us at our 3rd event - our founder Danny Berman was a regular OTL attendee in the early to mid 2000s so it was a huge influence on his musical tastes. He was even invited to play at the night in 2008 and 2011 so it feels full circle to invite Killer Jim and Daddio down to play in Bristol.

Music: Dancefloor Jazz, Broken Beat, Brazilian, Jazz Fusion, Samba, Bossa House, Afrobeat, Jazz Funk and everything in between.

Soulful, open and inclusive vibes. Everyone is welcome.

Children under 18 are welcome (with an adult) so feel free to bring the kids along for a boogie.

Under 16s get in for free.

We have a heavily discounted 'young persons ticket' for anyone aged between 16-18.

DJs: (a-z)

Daddio (Out To Lunch, Nottingham)
Killer Jim (Out To Lunch, Nottingham)
Nathan Worm (Worm Disco Club/Bubble, Bristol)
Red Rack'em (Jus' Move/Bergerac, Bristol)

-------------

DJ Daddio is a long time compadre of Danny Berman aka Red Rack'em - they've shared many a dancfloor moment together so it's a real pleasure to invite him to play at Jus' Move. He's a regular at the seminal Out To Lunch jazz event in Nottingham as well as many other jazzy spots around the East Midland including Peggys Skylight and Soul Buggin'. Daddio has a broad taste in jazzy music so expect some surprises.

Jim Bernardini aka Killer Jim is the resident DJ and founder of Out To Lunch which is the longest running regular Jazz Dance event in the UK! He started OTL in 2000 and has played with some of the greats of the jazz and soulful scene including Colin Curtis, Incognito, Paul Trouble Anderson and Perry Louis. Expect to hear bop, jazz fusion, Latin and Afro-Cuban sounds.

Nathan Worm is part of the mighty Worm Disco Club who organise some of the cities finest jazz/world music events which have in turn spawned the highly regarded Worm Discs label. He also runs the hotly tipped Bubble party and has played at We Out Here, Glastonbury as well as many big Worm events. Expect to hear some fine broken beat and electronic tinged jazzy flavours.

Red Rack'em has slayed dancefloors across the world with 'Wonky Bassline Disco Banger', 'In Love Again', 'How I Program', The Joubert Singers remix and many more. His music has always been influenced by jazz funk, broken beat and Brazilian vibes so expect to hear him dig deep in his 30 years of collecting records to bring you the good good at Jus' Move.
