For this edition of the meetup we're taking a trip to Bristol's much loved new(ish) venue Strange Brew!

We've teamed up with electronic music producer and AV artist Halina Rice, who'll be leading us through the techniques and technology she employed while building and delivering her NEW WORLDS immersive show. Topics covered will include creating immersive sound in Ableton Live using L-ISA Studio by L-Acoustics, programming lights using DMX and clip automation, and working with mixed reality visuals.

We'll have the doors open at 17:30 for people to get a drink and relax. The talk will begin at 18:00.

Later in the evening Halina will be performing the New Worlds show itself! Doors for the main event open at 19:30 with the performance starting at 20:30.

The first 20 people to grab a free ticket for the User Group Meetup will also get free entry to the main performance later. After those are gone, or if you'd like to support the artist, you can purchase a ticket for the main event on Headfirst here.
