Pride Month Queer Community Night at Strange Brew

A event held at Strange Brew on Tuesday 30th June. The event starts at 19:00.

We are back at Strange Brew for our next Queer Community Night on Tuesday 30th June (7pm to 10pm) and this one’s going to be a really special one!

We will be supporting people and providing materials to make banners and placards to express their love/rage/pride ahead of the Bristol Pride march on 11th July.

Aswell as that, Habibi (of House of Boussè) will be joining us to host a guided meditation and talking circle in the back space of Strange Brew from approximately 8pm. ❤ ❤ We know how rough it is right now to be trans especially approaching the end of the EHRC Parliamentary review and our basic human rights to respect and dignity always the subject of debate. So this month especially, we really wanted to create a space where people are able to connect to their minds and bodies again, to support and uplift each other and to have a space they can share their pride and happiness with a community that loves them. Queer Community Night is a free monthly sober social created and organised by Tran+ and @bristolqueersforpalestine to give queer/trans people (and allies) a space to thrive within community. Masks available on entry and will be encouraged so it is also a safe space for our disabled/immunocompromised attendees.
