Creative Flow Workshop at Studio Upstairs

A event on Friday 29th August. The event starts at 10:00.

The Creative Flow Programme is a 6-week workshop series designed to provide a supportive and inspiring space for individuals to develop creative skills while promoting mental wellbeing.

Through a combination of hands-on art-making and reflective practices, participants will explore various artistic techniques, gain confidence in self-expression, and benefit from the therapeutic aspects of creativity.

Each 3-hour session includes guided instruction, creative exercises, and group reflection, culminating in a final group showcase of work.

Our workshop is open to adults (18+) of all genders, from complete beginners to experienced artists.
