“These original combinations of wordplay and poetic real life stories, with a backdrop of acoustic guitar give a rhythmic undefinable style of music... Which alongside a BIG voice ("for a little person"!) promises to generate a whole lot of feeling.”

“This Sunday we welcome the critically acclaimed Andy Hague; veteran band leader, composer and Jazz educator, Andy is known for his blistering bebop lines, delicate flugel horn ballads and inventive solos. Andy will perform a set with the house trio (as he was supposed to on the week lockdown started!) before opening up the floor to seasoned Jazz musicians for a socially distanced jam session in the second set. We respectfully ask that everyone follows social distancing regulations and that musicians bring their own microphones/instruments if they want to take part in the Jam. Looking forward to seeing you all there!”

“Faeland’s music has been described as “soul balm”, “ethereal” and “worldly yet otherworldly”. Their debut album All My Swim attracted widespread acclaim in 2018 – it was championed by BBC 6 Music and BBC Introducing amongst others. At its core are singer-songwriter Rebecca Nelson and guitarist / multi-instrumentalist Jacob Morrison from Stroud, UK. They regularly perform with guest musician Martin Solomon (accordion, Celtic harp & violin).”
