Events on Sunday 16th January

“No one likes January. It’s cold and dark and it goes on forever. To bring everyone some much needed warmth we will be holding our second Blanketfest at The Cube cinema on January 16th.”
From: Blanketfest with Liquid Library

“This sunday we welcome one of Bristol's hidden Gem's, Alto saxophonist and educator Luke Annesley. His playing career ranges from performing classic film scores with the John Wilson Orchestra, playing in quartet with the great guitarist Dave Cliff for a number of years, and improv-based projects such as his quartet Moonscape with trumpet player Jim Howard. Equally at home playing Standards or Free- this rich and diverse show is not to be missed. Jam session in set two as always!”

“Leonie Evans is a multi instrumentalist, singer songwriter and session vocalist who’s been performing since the age of 5 and has collaborated with hundreds of musicians all over the world. She also has a strong passion for history and languages.”
