No Future: Organ Tapes, Ani Klang at Take Five Cafe

A clubnight held at Take Five Cafe on Friday 29th March. The event starts at 23:00.

Returning to the Stokes Croft basement for more left field club sounds - we're super excited to have 2 Bristol debuts on the bill

Organ Tapes

[Tobago Tracks / Genome 6.66 Mbp]

The London based singer/songrwiter/producer/DJ will be playing a live set - his emotive, heavily autotuned vocals over his own stripped back undefinable beats. In his own words, 'structurally it's pretty much pop,' but his unique style somehow makes perfect sense on Shanghai based experimental-club-goth label Genome 6.66 Mbp. 'Why am I crying in the club rn?'

Ani Klang

[Knightwerk / Infinite Machine]

Coming from Berlin via NYC, Ani makes & plays distorted, headspinning club tracks at almost any BPM. Her 'Worst of All Time' EP was both a personal exploration of loss and a gem of dancefloor engineering, and her recent Klangviolence shows on Reform Radio map out a clearly defined, hard edged cross genre sound. Her soundcloud bio probably states her MO best: '-- noise & kicks --'

Residents Alya L, who can pretty much always be found at 1020 Radio or Noods Radio, and noted Bladee fan DJ Uneasy will be opening and closing the night b2b
