See event details

A clubnight held at Take Five Cafe on Friday 29th October. The event starts at 23:00.

Hot on the heels of the success of the Club Kilter House and Techno Speciale, we are over the moon to announce our next event. We will once again be bringing the usual Funktion One sound system back to Take5 cafe, and this time we’ve invited a very special guest.... - Take5 Cafe - Stokes Croft, Bristol - Friday 29th October - Sam Interface plus Club Kilter Residents - UK Funky, Bass, Techno, Club Music Formerly known as Interface or SNØW, as one half of Jus Now and a co-founder of More Time Records, Sam Interface is no stranger to Bristol’s music scene. His percussion-charged productions have explored the vast spectrum that is UK underground dance music over the past decade or more. His formative years saw him breaking onto the Bristol Drum and Bass scene, before co-founding Jus Now with Trinidadian producer Lazer Beam, a production duo that went on to utilise their two backgrounds to deliver an invigorating amalgamation of UK Funky and soca music. It is in this style of music that he has continued to evolve his sound, not only through his productions as SNØW and now Sam Interface, but also as a platinum record selling mix engineer. This promises to be an intimate but busy event that showcases some of the most exciting music being produced today. Based on the numbers at our last event, we strongly encourage all attendees to buy an advance ticket to avoid disappointment on the night! Set Times: 11-12 Hosford 12-01 F Montana 01-02 Sam Interface 02-03 Yanari 03-04 MLLR Our events are a safe space for everyone - Club Kilter takes a zero-tolerance approach to any behaviour which may make others feel unwelcome or uncomfortable. Please make us, the DJ or a member of staff aware should you have any concerns and we will be certain to take appropriate action. All of the Club Kilter team and DJs will be completing a lateral flow test on the morning of the event. We strongly encourage all attendees to do the same in the interests of everyone's health and safety.
