Having sold out three previous events in the North East of England, Six Sunsets are proud to present the first Bristol edition of Six Sunsets & Friends, taking place at Take 5 Cafe, Stokes Croft. SIX SUNSETS:
Six Sunsets are a critically acclaimed producer/DJ duo holding a fortnightly residency on Sub FM. Since their inception in October 2014, the pair have enjoyed a host of digital and vinyl releases, alongside the 'Best Local Producer Award 2015' from Newcastle's OneHour OneDJ magazine alongside a positive review of their 'Opaque' EP in Mixmag.
Six Sunsets have had their music supported by the likes of Mala, Rusko, Coki, AxH, N-Type, Compa, The Widdler, K Man, Spooky Bizzle and Raggs amongst many others, whilst also receiving playouts and promos from: Mixmag, Pack London, Rinse FM, Radar Radio, FatKidOnFire, Rood FM, Reprezent Radio, Duploc, Infernal Sounds, S I S T E R and BBC Radio.
LB & KONFUSION:
Travelling all the way from sunny North California, LB & Konfusion have been champions of the UK sound through their Heavy Traffic Radio & Recordings brand over the past 8 years, bringing the freshest sounds from around the world to listeners' ears through their Saturday night SUB FM show, week upon week. After cutting their teeth through pushing their own unique sound and productions for almost a decade, they are finally launching their record label in 2017, with releases from some of their favourite producers within the scene lined up. It's an absolute pleasure to be hosting them from across the Atlantic.
WÖLFE:
Hailing from Sheffield, Wölfe is a trio known for their own brand of garage, bass and grime, with a number of releases through Project Allout Records, Pack London, Second To None Music - Record Label and Saucy Music, alongside a compilation entitled 'Wölfe Presents' coming through In:flux Audio in March. Pumped to have them joining us in April to destroy the dancefloor.
HUTTON:
A resident of established Bristol-based night Freerange Bristol, some of the productions that Hutton has been sending through to us recently are enough to blow the socks off of any brave soul that dares to stand close enough to the soundsystem. Deep, dark and dangerous is the name of the game, we're excited to see what he brings to the table.
