Cancelled: Dock34

IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT

It is with an extremely heavy heart that we have had to take the unfortunate decision to cancel our Dock34 event this Saturday. A few key members of the Dock34 team have had close contact with someone who has tested positive for Covid-19 and are therefore having to isolate as per Government guidelines.
This has been a difficult decision but is one that has been clear in our minds, as we want to keep everyone safe, but don’t feel that we can deliver the event to the quality that we would aim for without our full team. Please believe us when we say that we are as gutted as I’m sure everyone hoping to attend is.
We do appreciate that this news has come without much warning and that many will have already made plans around this night and for this we are sorry to let you down. This is unfortunately the reality that we are facing around planning events during a pandemic.
Despite this sad news, we will be aiming to reschedule the night to a later date. We will provide further information on rescheduling the event as well as refunds in the coming days.

On Saturday the 7th of August it will have been 502 days since the UK government announced the first national lockdown. Like many, we had huge plans for 2020 and it was heartbreaking to see an entire calendar year pass without a Dock34 event for the first time since starting this journey back in 2016.
It is for this reason that we are incredibly excited to announce our first event since the start of the pandemic, and we couldn’t think of a better way to celebrate such an occasion than by throwing an intimate party at Take Five Bristol, hosted by our very own residents.
We would like to say a massive thank you to all our friends and family that have helped us through this challenging time, and we hope to see you on the dance floor to mark the beginning of a brighter future.
