Arpilleras Workshop:
Arpilleras served as a powerful tool of protest during a time when freedom of expression was oppressed. Over time, Arpilleras have become symbols of Latin American resilience and creativity, an art form that gives marginalised voices a platform to be heard.
Following this well-loved craft of Peru and Chile, Yanet, one of the Directors of Latinas in Bristol, will host the workshop through colourful figures, fabrics and fun ideas!
3 sessions. £10 for Latina’s members and £15 for others.
Dates: October 3rd, 10th, 17th, from 10:00 am to 12:30 pm.

Entry requirements: no age restrictions (under 18s to be accompanied by an adult over 21yrs, 1:1 ratio)
