When I was 15 my English teacher told me not to give up on words. Especially when I thought they were shit and boring and never expressed what I truly wanted them to. I don’t know if he knows now that he pushed me to become enthralled with how words can be anything you want them to be.

I’ve created a series of guided workshops for those who need support with writing poetry, performing and thinking differently about rhythm and space. Over these 5 weeks, we will be writing and thinking about words, rhythm, technique, confidence, presence, group sharing and safe environment for crits. Finally we will perform together at a poetry event where you can invite friends and family to see what you’ve been working on!!
