PLAY & PAINT – Collective Art Game Experimental Art Workshop at Terra cafe
See event details

A event on Saturday 31st January. The event starts at 19:30.

Play & Paint is an experimental and collective art workshop where drawing meets movement, music and chance, hosted at the beautiful and creative space of Terra Café in Bristol.

Terra Café is known for its warm, welcoming atmosphere and strong sense of community — making it the perfect place for an experience rooted in connection, play and artistic exploration. The space itself plays an important role in the workshop, encouraging participants to feel relaxed, present and inspired.

During the session, participants will move around the space while music plays. When the music stops, everyone sits down and draws freely. Throughout the workshop, playful prompts will invite participants to exchange markers, swap drawings, respond to words, rhythms or unexpected instructions.

The focus is not on technique or perfection, but on process, expression and collective creation. Each artwork becomes a shared piece shaped by many hands and moments.

All materials are provided and no previous art experience is needed.

This session is also part of a birthday celebration — an invitation to come together, create and celebrate in a meaningful and inspiring space.

Come alone or with friends — leave with something unexpected.

Entry requirements: no age restrictions
