**This week we're running a special deal where buying a £5 ticket gets you a free drink of your choice at the bar. The Arc has loads of lush options to choose from!**

This night is inspired by the idea expressed in Buddhism as anattā ("non-self" or "no-self"): that we our sense of separateness from each other, and from the broader tapestry of Life is but an illusion perpetuated by our identification with our minds.
Peak experiences and heightened states of awareness seem to arise as our sense of being separate (of being a separate self) softens, fades, and perhaps even dissolves. Dance is one way we seek this softening, fading and dissolution.
But don't worry: this isn't an ecstatic dance, or a religious ceremony. So don't expect a sermon.
Do expect to have some fun, though.
See you there < 3
Oh, and help spread the word, will ya?
The sober scene needs all the help it can get.
Peace
