The Sumud Collective Launch Event at The Arc Bristol

A event on Sunday 21st June. The event starts at 12:00.

The Sumud Collective exists to build spaces — locally and globally — where communities can come together to share, mobilise, resist, and rest. Spaces rooted in P@lestinian liberation and the liberation of all oppressed people. Spaces that reject neutrality, spiritual bypassing, and individualism.

Through art, music, language, yoga, education, law, and community, we work to uphold global social justice and to actively dismantle the systems and ideologies that divide us. We believe resistance is collective — and so is care.

The Sumud Collective is also a space for those on the frontline — activists, organisers, advocates, and community members — to ground, restore, and reconnect. Burnout is not a failure of the individual; it is the cost of living under violent systems. Rest, therefore, is not indulgent. It is strategic. It is political. It is necessary.

This is The Sumud Collective.

And this is only the beginning.
