Queer Prom 2026 - Alphabets Adults

Queer Prom is an event for LGBTQ+ adults (and allies) who want to redo their prom, but gayer this time! We are back for the third year running, and this year's theme is Enchanted Forest!

We will have themed crafts, dance space, quiet space, buffet and more. Formal clothes are encouraged, but not mandatory - if you don't have an outfit, we will be running a shopping day on November 7th where we can help you find one! (get in touch with us if you want to join - Instagram below)

Before the event starts at 18:00, we will have a 'getting ready space' so you can bring your outfit to change in a safe space. We will also have the amazing @makeup_of_vinny, who (time-permitting) will be able to help with makeup - whether you want to try affirming makeup for the first time, or something more vibrant!

Alphabets Adults is a free, friendly adult LGBTQ+ group based in Yate and facilitated by The Diversity Trust. Alongside events and trips, we run regular social sessions, which are a sober space and neurodivergent friendly. These are on the second Sunday of each month (7-9pm) and everyone 18+ is welcome!
