After our live event at Crofters, we invite a host of talented local selectors to finish off the night in the basement of Caper and Cure.
For the after-hours follow up to our event at Crofters, we bring you across the road to Caper & Cure (formerly The Arts House Café) and present - The Bottle by night - where we're showcasing three talented local selectors in an intimate, exciting new space.
Also find The Bottle presents TALK SHOW at The Crofters Rights on Headfirst and Facebook.
Topping the bill we've managed to pin down everyones favourite pantomime villains, The Milkshake Boys. These twins, born from separate fathers, left the confines of the city for the Scottish Highlands, where, living in a cowshed and surviving from only the purest gold-top milk, they devoted themselves to the discovery of the eeriest, most emotive electronic beats and the squelchiest electro. Expect to receive a knickerbocker glory treating you through layers of House, New Wave and Electro, until they are told to stop.
We're also very excited to welcome Multi-Instrumentalist, DJ, and producer, Coconut Coast to the basement. Whilst not only self-releasing his own EP last year, Coconut Coast is also a resident for London and Bristol party starters Love Drums. Not one to get bored, he also is the drummer for up and coming Bristol band Damefrisør, and we can't wait to see what he has in store for us after dark.
Finally, we welcome Rory O’Callaghan, a long standing Yard resident and former resident at Lost in Liberty in Newcastle. Also playing nights such as Syndikat, Primal Sound and Off The Record, Rory has a deep and intricate knowledge of music from across the electronic spectrum, making him the perfect candidate to transport you into the night’s chronicles.
