Colour of Bone + Epimetheus + Circle of Crows + Spin Class at The Backroom (Shredenhams)

A gig on Friday 8th May. The event starts at 19:15.

The Backroom Presents....

Colour Of Bone
Colour of Bone create a brutal yet beautiful grunge/nu-metal sound that combines drop tuned riffs, giant & oppressive chord structures, and intricately groovy sections of brief serenity. Topped off with politically charged and honestly sincere lyrics, wrapped in devastatingly catchy melodies and overwhelmingly ruthless screams and you have a beautifully dynamic soundscape, leaving you wanting to cry, jump in the mosh pit and overthrow the government all in one moment.
FFO: Mastodon, Alice in Chains, Linkin Park, SOAD.

Epimetheus
Bristol based power-trio playing a blend of thunderous stoner doom and spaced-out shoegaze. Drawing on the stoner riffs of Sleep and Boris, alongside the uncompromising walls of sound conjured by Sunn O))), Epimetheus combine a monolithic heavy sound with propulsive groove and a more delicate vocal approach, inspired by bands like Deftones and My Bloody Valentine. Having recently launched their debut full-length album Perseus 9, the band are primed to deliver a down-tuned cosmic journey through an abyss of megalithic riffs, reverb-drenched solos and amplifier-worshipping drones.
FFO: Sleep, Boris, Deftones.

Circle of Crows
Bristolian hard rock trio combining a phenomenal rhythm with massive guitars and big hooks.
FFO: Alter Bridge, Biffy Clyro, Alice in Chains

Spin Class
A rock band that doesn't stay in one lane. Spin Class aren’t afraid to reference different shades and energies of the music they love. Spin Class are not a nostalgia band, they are something indescribable, contemporary, with something for everyone to love.
FFO: Queens of The Stone age, Soundgarden, Led Zeppelin.

Price: £6adv
