Rooted at The Beehive Centre
See event details

A event on Wednesday 28th January. The event starts at 18:30.

Come and join for an evening centred around community, safety, grounding, growth, and celebration. Come as you are to be heard, seen and held in collective ritual, to nurture and empower mind, body, and spirit.

Rooted is founded and facilitated by Jessica Heaton (she/her) – Huddersfield born with Caribbean heritage, queer, plant medicine facilitator and energy worker, with a background in mental health support.

Each month I'll facilitate a main activity centred around connection such as:

*Cacao Ceremony
*Sharing Circle
*Show and Tell
*Creative Activities
*Guided Meditations
*Sound Healing
*Co-created Community

For this Rooted meet we'll be having Guided Meditation and Culture & Heritage Show and Tell. This is an invitation for those joining the group to bring and share something that is important to them and keeps them connected to their roots. Things can include food, drinks, dance, song, art, poetry, family heirlooms, any item with a personal story etc.

Lots of love and hope to see you there!
