Pop-up Fest at The Black Swan

A gig held at The Black Swan on Saturday 10th May. The event starts at 20:00.


Babylon Underground, Busy Fish and Little One's pop-up festival at the Black Swan, brings all the arts into one place to start the festival season early and help build schools in Africa.

On the weekend of the 10th and the 11th of May. There will be a two day event where bands from all over the southwest, will come to play, along with local live artists, circus performers, DJ's and poets.

The first night will focus on Swing, Electro-swing, Gypsy and Balkan music from both bands and DJ's. Headlining we have Ed Solo and Calico Jack. With a special Half Moon Massage parlour for massages and relaxing during the main night.

The second will be about acoustic acts and poets from through the South-West headlined by Dizraeli and Kev the Poet. An artisan market for local people to sell creative wares and a large chill area to smoke shish.

For £14 (plus booking fees online) £10 for the Saturday and £6 for the Sunday.

No less than 40% of profit will go towards Elimu Action, a tiny charity started by a young girl Anna Jordan which is building schools in Kenya.
