SPUR OF THE MOMENT
An improvised Western with a twist – the inhabitants of Lil’ Clifton are just what you’d expect in any frontier town; a collection of lawmen, settlers, prospectors, preachers, mayors, outlaws, ranchers, drunks, gunslingers and the rest. But how will they react when an innovation from the last 100 years suddenly comes to town? Will snake-oil salesmen be cashing in on Vimto? Will the mayor be running his re-election campaign on the merits of Pop-up Pirate? And how can the pesky O’Malley gang get their hands on the new-fangled photocopier that has appeared in the General Store? Inspired by Classic Westerns past and present, this show is directed by James Cottle.
