The Purge at The Bristol Improv Theatre
£10 from The Bristol Improv Theatre website

A event on Thursday 17th August. The event starts at 19:30.

Horror Without End and Bristol Black Horror Club present this special screening of the politically charged home invasion classic The Purge (2013).

Commencing at the sirens blare, the 5th annual Purge begins.

Any and all crime, including murder, becomes legal for 12 continuous hours.

When a stranger arrives at the Sandin family home seeking refuge from the purging, a night of ethical quandry and unbelievable terror begins.

The screening will feature an introduction by Adam Murray (Bristol Black Horror Club) and a post screening panel discussion featuring Adam Murray, Alex Kidd (Horror Without End) and Dr Pete Falconer (Senior Lecturer in Film and Television, University of Bristol) diving deep into the racial and class tensions that lie at the heart of this titan of horror.

Join us if you think you can survive the night…

The Purge is certified ’18’. If you are under this age, you will be denied entry
