Destined from birth to be a Griot musician, Senegalese singer and percussionist learned his trade in Dakar as part of l’orchestra National du Senegal. Moving to Europe allowed him to extend his range, learning the guitar and writing songs in French and English as well as Wolof and performing as an acclaimed solo singer/songwriter as well as musician.
