Presenting a stripped back Troyka trio with Sophie Wilsdon on clarinet and vocals, Naomi Hill on violin and vocals and Liam O'Connell on double bass and vocals.
Troyka formed in 2008 and have been bringing soulful Balkan and Eastern European music to Bristol ever since. Interpreting both traditional and original songs with their own unique twist, their music takes audiences on infectious rhythmical journeys of Balkan heart music and sumptuous grooves.
For this one off gig they get the chance to indulge their love of intricate three part arrangements and the quieter more intimate traditional songs that sometimes don’t make the party set list.
