Interesting'generation gap' double bill, this, as Reading-based Tailfeather clearly take their lead from the hippy-rooted rock of the likes of Pink Floyd and Crazy Horse while Londoners Perfect Life have the New British riffiness and distant vocals of Pulp, Joy Division or Siouxsie Sioux. Both bands are equally tight as you like, however, and make properly catchy groovers as a matter of course.
