When I play live I do stripped down acoustic versions of my songs and I try and shake it up a little with loop pedals, synth sounds and some feet tapping percussion. I'm influenced by the likes of billy holiday, ray charles, otis redding, little richard, johnny flynn, Girls, The drums, johnny cash, radiohead, florence and the machine, feist, vampire weekend, rolling stones, arcade fire, kings of leon, nirvana, jeff buckley, fleetwood mac, paul simon..... these are just a few of the artists who have fueled my love of music!
