Join us for an evening of foraging in and around the Lockleaze Community Orchard, just off Constable Road, Lockleaze.
Come and learn about edible plants in Lockleaze with local legend Steve England. Steve has been sharing his foraging knowledge for over 10 years, running workshops and providing tasty snacks from the land for all who join him.
When and where to meet:
Please join us on Weds 2nd July at the Community Orchard, on the cycle path just off Constable Road near the Lockleaze Coffee Shop, BS7 9UN.
We will start at 6pm and finish by 9pm.

What to expect:
A foraging tour of the Lockleaze Community Orchard, learning to identify edible and medicinal plants growing there. After collecting some samples of the edible plants available in July, we will come together over a fire, and share tasters and stories as the evening draws in.
What to bring:
Please wear sturdy footwear and appropriate clothing for being outside for the duration of the event. There is a main landscaped gravel path through the orchard, however, some of the foraging may stray into the more wild areas. The event is being organised as part of HomeMade, Bonnington Walk's arts project, with artists Charli Clark and Sylvia Rimat.
Tickets are subsidised and limited, so please book in advance to avoid disappointment.
