This summer marks the tenth and final instalment of our favourite party in paradise, Soundwave Croatia. We couldn’t let this pass without putting on a righteous party in the festival’s honour. So, we’ve invited fellow Soundwave Croatia regulars The Sure Shot DJs over from Cardiff for a proper trans-Severn knees-up!
Since joining forces in 2012, Sure Shot DJs Veto, Conroy and Miles - all long-established members of Cardiff’s digging and DJing community – have been throwing it down in open-minded, party-rocking fashion. From funk to hip-hop, disco-to-boogie, Afrobeat-to-jazz dance and everything in between, this Welsh threesome never fail to start the dance. They’ve been putting on high quality shindigs featuring some killer guest selectors for six years now, while also making guest appearances at loads of parties and festivals elsewhere. Last year, their laid-back and groovy afternoon set on the Beach Stage at Soundwave Croatia was one of our highlights of the festival – not least because we kept having to run up to the decks for track IDs!
In support will be Bristol’s own Soundwave Croatia regulars, Bodywork and Bedmo Disco Records. They’ll be setting the platform for the Sure Shot boys to do their thing!
