Hypothetics + Minor Conflict & Melotone at Crofters Rights

A gig held at The Croft on Friday 25th March. The event starts at 19:30.

Birthed in the multimedia melting pot of Bristol's Factory Studios, Hypothetics present an altogether new sound. Rehearsing through lockdown and drawing influence from a range of artists across many genres, they mesh experimentalism with danceability to form a powerful live unit. This will be the bands first headline gig following the release of their single "Let Your Soul Hang Out" (see media player for more).

Minor Conflict (not fully confirmed) are a Bristol based 3 piece. They create post/folk-punk using harp, drums, bass, synth and trumpet underneath contrasting deadpan and etherial vocal lines. The band recently released their first single 'Office Block' on Slow Dance's annual compilation.

Melotone are a psych-jazz band from the Black Country, more interested in texture and ambience than ego. They draw inspiration from '60s psychedelia, namely the jazz-infused Tropicalia movement, with lulling guitar play and hypnotic vocals that float freely into Portuguese.

Ticket holders must be 18+.
