JAKABOL - Record Release Show w/ EAB at The Croft
Headfirst Editor's Pick

"Harps, violins and synthscapes smashed to pieces by fuzz guitar freakouts: Jakabol aren’t your average Bristol guitar band, not even bloody close. This is daring astral folk rock with a theatrical proglike ambition, and we want to see them at the Beacon, ON ICE. This is the dawning of the age of the Jakabol, ye devotees of: Jethro Tull, King Gizzard, Incredible String Band, Kikagaku Moyo."

JAKABOL
The Guardian has described folk-prog chameleons Jakabol as “bucolic one moment, psychotic the next.” The Bristol based experimental outfit carve their own path through a kaleidoscopic, genre bending, musical world. They are as at home in the landscape of pastoral folk as they are in the maelstrom of heavily distorted metal and psych rock freak outs.
