JAKABOL - Record Release Show w/ EAB at The Croft
See event details

A gig held at The Croft on Friday 27th March. The event starts at 19:30.

Live show to celebrate the release of LEORNIAN, Jakabol's follow up album to Jaded Temple (2022). JAKABOL The Guardian has described folk-prog chameleons Jakabol as “bucolic one moment, psychotic the next.” The Bristol based experimental outfit carve their own path through a kaleidoscopic, genre bending, musical world. They are as at home in the landscape of pastoral folk as they are in the maelstrom of heavily distorted metal and psych rock freak outs. ---- EAB (or Eve Appleton Band) Green Man Rising 2023’s crowned champions EAB come with Bible-black parables, nursery rhymes and ballads. Expect to hear echoes of Americana and Dirge Folk-Rock. “Been impossible to ignore, they’re simply the best thing in town” - Headfirst Bristol “Compelling Progressive Folk Songs” - NME (About Green Man ‘23 performance)

Entry requirements: 14+, any under 18s accompanied by 21+ adult 1:1 ratio
