yyre (pronounced "wire") is a Manchester-based, Bristol-born DJ and producer. As a dynamic force in Manchester's nightlife, yyre was a prominent figure as DJ Soyboi, Known for their dynamic sets blending jungle, footwork, and hardcore, yyre is a resident at the Tough Act queer night and a driving force behind the Trans Artist Database. They've shared stages with Sherelle, Kush Jones, Tim Reaper, and Calibre. Their tunes, supported by Radio 1's VTSS, LCY, and I.Jordan, have earned them recognition from DJ Mag and UKF as one to watch. yyre is a boundary-pushing artist, bringing a fresh perspective to the electronic music scene.
