Absolute Body Control Presents...
Red Rack'em (All Night Long)
11pm-3am
Absolute Body Control returns to the Crofters with an all night long set from one of the UKs most highly regarded DJs. He's made more than a few hit records too. Red Rack'em will be taking us on a wild 4 hour ride through his legendary record collection.
He's fresh from recent triumphant sets for Hoer, Renate and Bongo Club which saw him blend jacking house, UKG, broken beat, proto jungle, footwork and funky techno, so expect a high energy, cross genre banging party with festive vibes galore.

Absolute Body Control
ABC is a reaction against the pr first, music last, current state of the UK dance scene. A space for DJs to create and explore and connect with like minded souls on the dancefloor.
Expect to hear bumping house, jazzy techno, 2 step wobblers, brit funk, broken beat, warped disco, electro, footwork, boogie, soul, italo, ebm, 80s house, post punk, afro beat, reggae and much more. If it goes off it goes on.
A dark room, great music and a nice crowd. That's all you need.

Red Rack'em (Bergerac Records/How I Program)
Danny Berman aka Red Rack'em is described by Juno Records as 'one of the most respected figures in UK underground house circles'. Creator of classics 'Wonky Bassline Disco Banger' (hammered by DJ Harvey, Moodymann and even Elton John), 'In Love Again', 'How I Program', 'Kalimba', 'Tomato Pope', he's also a much loved broadcaster working with SWU.FM, Rinse FM, WWFM and NTS and guest spots on BBC Radio 1 for Pete Tong, Mistajam and Gilles Peterson. He's been even more busy during the pandemic supporting other artists with his 'How I Program' music producer community.
He's a super adaptable DJ, just as comfortable playing blazing disco boogie at Pickle Factory in London, traditional jazz dance sessions at Out To Lunch in Nottingham or raw swingy techno at Mothers Finest in Berlin. As Gilles Peterson says 'this guy has been making great records for over a decade' so we're very happy to welcome him to the Crofters for an extended set.
