The rays of the sun beckon us towards salvation. Too long have we cowered in the darkness. Too long have the stains of sadism and sorrow spooked our souls. On ET007. We present Sunset Images - a world-touring band, hailing from Mexico and falling somewhere between the repetitive diligence of krautrock, the tumultuous and noisier side of shoe gaze, and the dark atmospheres of post-punk. We mark this special occasion with a celebration of local talent. Ill Spooks and SICKROSE shall both warm and grace the stage.

Multi-instrumentalist Samuel Osorio’s fervent guitar and bass performance and tortured vocals have established a core around which chaos is order and volume is paramount, and the final results stand in sharp contrast to the laid back expectations conjured by the band’s moniker. The foundational influences here are krautrock, punk and shoegaze but Sunset Images takes the ideas embodied by those genres and drives them through a wall into a realm that entertains only their noisiest inclinations. Intermittence, sorrow and frustration have become the main source of inspiration, which translates into the distorted and chaotic layers in the search for hypnotic and mystic landscapes, characterised by startling sound volumes and the worship of repetition.
Throughout its career, it has toured globally encompassing South and North America, Europe and Asia. Performing at international Festivals such as Dunk! (Belgium), SpaceFest (Poland), Out in the Streets (New York), Festival Integraciones (Lima, Perú) Festival Hipnosis (Mexico) and has shared stages with notorious acts like Mogwai, Boris, Godflesh, God is an Astronaut, Bo Ningen, Acid Mothers Temple and many more…

Ill spooks are a horror band. Illusive and undeniably heavy, spooks have a wall of sound that is reminiscent of that of Swans and Wytches but with a darker undertone that leaves you feeling uneasy once you’ve seen them.
SICKROSE.
A Bristol based heavy three piece inspired by the great psychedelic bands of the 1960/70s. Covering genres from the Blues to Psychedelic Rock SICKROSE have a wide range of contrasting songs with progressive instrumental sections that showcase every members capabilities with Max Dunstone on Drums, Jules Armstrong on Bass and Luca Powell on Guitar and Vocals.
