Worm Soundsystem: Batukizer

We're back at Crofters for another session of heavy grooves, jazz, funk and funky vinyl melters!

This month we welcome a special guest from Copenhagen!

Batukizer is a Brazilian/Danish DJ crew that have been digging heavily into Brazilian music - both on vinyl and digital formats - for over a decade. Their research is translated to infectious and percussion driven dance parties and listening sessions all over the globe.

During lockdown BTKZR’s exposure exploded on Youtube, resulting in ever growing view numbers on a series of of mixtapes mixing visual content with rare and amazing music. They bring to the world the richness of unknown and regional Brazilian sounds and countless new (re)discoveries.

Rasmus from the crew is gonna be joining Jake and Jackson who (as you should know already) are also seriously knowledgable collectors of Brazilian sounds. Should you be a fan of Brazilian music (how could you not be!?), this is 100% set to be a great session.

Adv Tickets £5, £7 OTD.

We kindly request that advance ticket holders show up by midnight in order to guarantee entry!

Be there and wriggle with us!!

(No testosterone fuelled idiots or misbehaviour on our dancefloor please! Anyone feeling uncomfortable is welcome to speak to a worm or member of security!)
