A mishmash of the wide-influences that reach the UK from around the world - Owanj are a trio blending live instrumentation - often quite intimate, with a produced sound electronic in nature. Soaring vocals, steel pan runs and mellow/groove based fingerstyle-guitar overplay electronically produced rhythms and bass. This live show has undergone a fine-tuning process back in the British Isles, following the release of a debut album 'Azum' (2020) in Andalucía, where the band were caught up during lockdown.
