The wind between + Tuisovivi Rokotuni Enlli (with enys mottet) + blankfacebails

Live @ The Croft - Bristol

The latest alias of visionary vocalist and producer 'Eldon Somers' goes by 'the wind between'. An artist whose pen never fails to stand tall. Whether that's over: the smoked out dub minimalism of his 'Cold Light' counterparts or when exclaiming observations as though peering through the blinds, onlooking at the late stage capital world of Bezos junkfiends a top of 'Nicky Soft Touch' tapestries. You can trace Somers' history of trading bars with the 'Ruby Yacht' and then at a moments notice, catch him blanketing the ethereal harp of 'Silver Ley' and industrial sound worlds of 'Dis Fig'. The presence of 'the wind between' is felt in its intimacy and directness. A true to the core musician, who seen live , you might witness lacing writtens with 2 mics, over unreleased 'Kenny Segal' production, as you begin to think, does anyone out right now do it better? And then as the next instrumental plays, unbelievably, it dawns on you, he hasn't even "hit his final form".

"I WISH THEN I FLY"

'Tuisovivi Rokotuni Enlli': rapper, vocalist and performer. Brings to Bristol his new recorded live show/ep “FOUR, LIVE, PUSH, PRIVACY”. Fresh off the back of his debut outing at 'Westport Sound', Enlli's abrasive writing resurfaces, confiding again in candid emotion and poetry, building on the fleeting and expanding production of enys motett. Formally apart of the now dismantled duo, DEBRA, who were recently co-signed by Birmingham legend 'Tony Bontana' recounting one of their past live shows. We join 'Enlli in his next labouring steps.

“SHRINE WIND CANE BELLOWING”

'blankfacebails' is one of the UKs most exciting poet, rapper, producer triple-threats. She carves brightly-framed intimate lyricism into deep swirling production.
With consistent music releases and performances, some co-signed by 'life is beautiful', along with having a hand in collective improv events within the tapestry: sessions, 'blankfacebails' has truly had an artistically fruitful year we can all look forward to be apart of.
