Agony Auncles of Science

Agony Auncles of Science at Crofters Rights

An event held at The Croft on Tuesday 31st July. The event starts at 19:30.

They look like regular advice columnists, but they have a secret weapon: science. Join your host, Will Davies, and a panel of all kinds of scientists, comedians and comedian scientists, as they try and solve problems of lovelife, gardening, etiquette and more, live, using science wildly inappropriately.

Can science can solve everything, or indeed anything at all?

From the team who brought you Science Showoff Bristol - as seen at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival, where it was both Wired's #1 tip for science-themed show at the Fringe (we're unsure if it was an ordered list), and received a 5* review!

Agony Auncles for the night:

- Dr Hannah Little, UWE

- Tay Aziz, BBC

- Dr Anna Ploszajski, Institute of Making

- Ste Brown, NHS

Submit your problem-page style life issues to us in advance here: https://tinyurl.com/auncles or live on the day, and our skilled experts will make it all OK using their chosen specialism. Or at least solve it to their satisfaction.
