A gig on Tuesday 17th May. The event starts at 19:30.

Blowout Presents Codices Codices' unique blend of ferocious riffs, measured progression and euphoric moments has been making waves on the UK experimental rock scene for the past couple of years. Their 2017 EP 'Illuminations' led to sets at ArcTanGent, Portals and Upgefukt Festivals as well as support slots for the likes of Alpha Male Tea Party, Totorro, The Fierce and The Dead and Hikes. With their Debut Album, Vivid, recently released through Beth Shalom Records, they set on a headline tour alongside Blackshape in support of it. Blackshape An instrumental, post-mathcore band from Salt Lake City, UT. Their debut album, recorded and co-produced by the legendary Matt Goldman (The Chariot, Underoath, Silent Planet), is a study in maximalism—written and recorded as one continuous loop, the record plunges listeners into a complex journey of heavy, beautiful math. Stealth Cat A math rock trio coming out of Bristol. Style wise contains of elements of jazz/prog/post hardcore and cat music. May 17th 2022 The Crown, Bristol Doors 7:30 £7adv
