A
clubnight
held at The Crown
on Friday 6th October. The event starts at 23:00.
After a brief hibernation over summer-time, we're back to the dungeonous Crown basement
Josi Devil
[Nervous Horizons / Sector 7 / Innamind]
Handling a concise, but very deliberate, discography of tracks that draw from various influences, JD has rooted himself in multiple scenes with a stand-out sound - from his distinctive takes on slow/fast with tracks like "Breathe Easy" and his recent flip of Kahn & Neek's "Random Lab", to malevolent and dubbed out 140 on Innamind, Scotch Bonnet, and Homemade Soundsystem.
Tracksuit Goth
[WORHSIP / Terrorhythm]
An artist that needs no introduction at this point for anyone who has frequented our events or kept up with the label - Tracksuit Goth's dark, unforgiving production blurs genre boundaries, tending to land somewhere between industrial techno, horror dubstep, and muddied depressive 2-step. His sets bring together grimey techno blends and a healthy dose of his own dubs with lethal energy.
YouYou
[Seasoning / Club Qualia]
Building a strong name for herself at festivals across the south-west this year and sets alongside Kincaid and Berwick on the "Sound Reasoning" Noods show; YouYou will be bringing forward-thinking and more organic explorations into bass music. From techy bits to electro infusions, and any flavours inbetween.
