We're back in our spiritual home of the Crown, and we're bringing a killer lineup of top tier artists and MC's with us, including Kublai, Chamba, Brasstax, Deja, Finchy and Kin.
Born and raised in Manchester, Kublai started his musical journey
over ten years ago. Inspired by the rich underground scene ever present in his home town, Kublai fell deep into the rabbit hole of electronically driven beats. After years spent honing his craft, he caught the attention of some of the most well respected musicians in the business, going on to release on established labels such CIA, Sofa Sound Bristol and The North Quarter. Mixing an eclectic taste covering various styles, Kublai keeps things fresh while maintaining his own take on underground Drum & Bass.
Chamba is a DJ, producer, and mentor known for his delicate yet distinctive approach to drum & bass. With recent premieres on UKF and Drum&BassArena, he has quickly established himself as a rising talent in the genre. Drawing from a wide spectrum of sonic influences, he crafts music that captures both soul and emotion within drum & bass. Focused on honoring the genre's roots—emphasizing heartfelt, cathartic sounds he feels are often overlooked in the modern scene.
Brasstax is a project thats stemmed from a long history of collaboration between industry veterans Bleach and Aqai. Now Bristol and LDN based, they have a number of tunes released on the Unorganised Ostrich imprint, with a large back catalogue of unreleased cuts ranging from the techiest of rollers to the smoothest of liquid. Featured on set will be Druu EZ, a man who's been in the game for most of his life and one of the coldest MCs we've come across.
Deja came across our radar playing at the iconic Star and Garter in Bristol. Rolling out a smooth selection of old school rollers and soulful liquid, her b2b with Finchy is something you wont want to miss.
