on Saturday 4th May. The event starts at 19:00.
Heartbeat all female collective, present their debut performance:
PILLOW
A playful exploration of grief through physical theatre and music.
This project aims to create a conversation around death and grief. Although death and grief are an intrinsic part of life, we feel they are not given enough space and acknowledgement in the UK.
Whilst it is the norm to show the face of our joy and gladness with ease and acceptance, we are often encouraged to hide the face of our sorrow, and do so sometimes even from ourselves.
We believe, however, that the measure of our grief is also the measure of our love and our capacity for joy, and is as natural to us as breathing.
Come and join us on an immersive journey through the heartbreak, the mundanity, and the ridiculousness of our own grief. We will be performing original compositions by Bea Rose Lee along with Easton-based choir, Resounding.
Tickets sold on a sliding scale from £3-£7. Buy online above, or on the door.
